Delivery Policy

Shipping Methods: We ship products via Priority Registered Mail and DHL Express.
Shipping Time: Orders are shipped on the same day if postal services are operating; otherwise, they are shipped the following day.
Customs and Delays: Customs or postal services in your country may delay delivery, which is beyond our control. If you are outside the European Union, you may be required to pay customs duties according to your country’s laws.
Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, please wait an additional 7 working days. After that, you may choose between a full refund or a new shipment via DHL Express.

Warranty

Coverage: Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the purchase date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and any other issues caused by us.
Claims: If you encounter an issue, you can choose between a full refund or a product replacement.

Return and Cancellation policy

60-Day Refund Policy: You can request a cancellation and refund within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to us in its original condition, unopened, and unused. We will issue the refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned product in the required condition.
